We are Team 3390 Anatolian Eaglebots from Ankara, Turkey. We have been enjoying FRC since 2010. We hold our meetings on Friday afternoons after school until kick off during the year and starting with kickoff, we work on a daily basis for six weeks to build our robot for the given tasks. We have organised three sub-teams that work on Software, Production, and PR. Production team also has its own sub-teams to work on mechanics, electronics and pneumatics. Group members take part in these teams interchangeably to encourage personal and team development. With 3390, we learn to work as a team, build self-confidence and develop communication skills. During these working hours we bond profoundly and give meaning to our motto: "We are a family." Besides FRC, we mentor three FLL teams and enjoy every robotics event that takes place in the country such as METU Robotics Days, ITU Robotics days. The last but not the least, we proudly take part in a European Union Project; ERASMUS ROSE as partners.
